Grinders: supposed to do 4 x 1 mile. I didn't have anyone running at my pace. I did 3 miles after the third I didn't have any desire to go back to the start against the slight headwind So i cooled off on the jog home. i think it was probably good as sore as I was later that day and the next. Going for 7:25 pace Splits: 7:17, 7:34 and 7:17
