Ran with the grinders. We did 3 miles 60 sec fast 60 less fast. I thought I would do 7:00/mile and 7:15/mile. I wasn't able to keep that pace up. I kept all of the fast between 7:00 - 7:15 but the slow were around 7:45-8:00.
